At Fit For 2 we are all about ‘Safe Return to Exercise’.
You can start classes with Fit For 2 after you obtain clearance from your caregiver at your 6 week check. Anita will discuss your birth, any issues ongoing and how we can work together slowly to help you strengthen again after having your baby. Returning to exercise after having a baby is not a race. For many women it takes 1-2 years to heal again internally after having a baby. Therefore the right exercises and education will help you get there safely while we strengthen your pelvic floor and heal abdominal separation with the RIGHT exercises.
The classes with Fit For 2 will motivate you to lose weight safely, strengthen and tone your muscles, regain and increase your energy and minimize the chance of postnatal depression. It’s so important that we focus on being strong again for our mind and body.
