PREGNANCY CLASSES

POST BIRTH/MUMS FITNESS CLASSES – Are available at all of the pregnancy classes after your 6 week check if you need to rehabilitate slowly post birth especially if you have any incontinence or abdominal separation.

Or you can attend our specific Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes.

CLASS BOOKINGS

Fit For 2 classes at all venues are booked on a regular weekly basis to ensure that you are gaining the additional benefits for your pregnancy, labour and birth preparation and recovery period. We highly recommend you attend 2 classes a week MINIMUM if possible to gain the additional benefits for your pregnancy.

Post Birth/Pregnancy classes are booked on a regular basis. We highly recommend you attend minimum 2 classes a week to gain results post pregnancy. In these classes we focus on pelvic floor and abdominal separation rehabilitation.

Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes are booked on a continuous basis. 2 to 4 classes a week is highly recommended to re-build strength and fitness again post birth. Make up classes available.

If you have any pelvic floor or abdominal separation issues post pregnancy, you will require a clearance letter from a physio to attend the Post Birth or Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes.

Any classes missed can always be made up with a make up class so you NEVER lose your class fee.

Fit For 2 understands that at times circumstances arise when you are pregnant or have a little one.

When you sign up to Fit For 2 you will be booked into the pregnancy or post birth program until you deliver or until you cancel the program. You can cancel your program at anytime if circumstances arise.

CANCELLATION

All missed classes can be made up at a make up class so fees don’t go unused.

Fit For 2 is highly dedicated in providing each of their clients an exceptional personal experience and customer support and loyalty. Our aim is to provide you with an exercise program that is safe and has meaning to your purpose.

Fit For 2 understands that their clients always have questions to ask. Questions can be easily answered via the FAQ (facts and questions), sending an email or by a phone call. We are happy to answer any questions that are related to pregnancy and exercise.

Fit For 2 keeps a profile of each client which includes a comprehensive summary of their current pregnancy and previous pregnancies and complications. This profile is carried out through to the post birth period as well. Clients are welcomed to stay with Fit For 2 as long as they like.

Fit For 2 has an exclusive VIP Support Facebook Group packed full of education, value and support.

MEMBERSHIPS

At Fit For 2 we have a choice of Membership plans. These plans include your classes and our online education programs.

Your membership will be set up via a direct debit payment system where you can elect to pay weekly or fortnightly.

To cancel your membership we require 7 days notice in writing.
