Are you ready to restore your core safely post birth?
Come and join our combined pregnancy/postbirth classes after your 6 week check and stay as long as you like. Strengthen your Pelvic Floor and heal your Abdominal Muscle Separation safely. If you have any incontinence or abdominal separation greater than 3 fingers I recommend starting in the combined pregnancy/post birth classes. Otherwise you can commence in the Mums and Bubs Fitness program if you have no to minimal complications post birth. Enquire with me to confirm.

Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes.
Are you looking for a safe Mums and Bubs Fitness Class? Fit For 2 offers a safe program if you have none to minimal issues post birth. My classes are pelvic floor safe. We provide exercises safe for abdominal separation and we focus on safe progression of your exercise program building strength and rehabilitating safely post birth. So if you want to exercise safely and NOT create long term issues like prolapse from exercising incorrectly especially in the first 12 months post birth then come train safely with a Midwife and Fit For 2.

Note: You Must Contact Fit For 2 Prior To Commencing A Class

All classes focus on Safe Resistance Training, Balance and Pilates exercises focusing on core activation (pelvic floor and TA) to minimise complications during pregnancy and create an enhanced labour and birth  and recovery period with a safe return to exercise program post baby.

POST BIRTH/MUMS FITNESS CLASSES – Are available at all of the pregnancy classes after your 6 week check if you need to rehabilitate slowly post birth especially if you have any incontinence or abdominal separation.

Or you can attend our specific Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes.

NOTE: No Membership required at any venue

CLASS BOOKINGS

Fit For 2 classes at all venues are booked on a regular weekly basis to ensure that you are gaining the additional benefits for your pregnancy, labour and birth preparation and recovery period. We highly recommend you attend 2 classes a week MINIMUM if possible to gain the additional benefits for your pregnancy.

Post Birth/Pregnancy classes are booked on a regular basis. We highly recommend you attend 1-2 classes a week to gain results post pregnancy. In these classes we focus on pelvic floor and abdominal separation rehabilitation.

Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes are booked on a continuous basis. 2 to 3 classes a week is highly recommended to re-build strength and fitness again post birth. Make up classes available.

If you have any pelvic floor or abdominal separation issues post pregnancy, you will require a clearance letter from a physio to attend the Post Birth or Mums and Bubs Fitness Classes.

Any classes missed can always be made up with a make up class so you NEVER lose your class fee.

Fit For 2 understands that at times circumstances arise when you are pregnant or have a little one.

When you sign up to Fit For 2 you will be booked into the pregnancy or post birth program until you deliver or until you cancel the program. You can cancel your program at anytime if circumstances arise.

CANCELLATION

All missed classes can be made up at a make up class so fees don’t go unused.

Fit For 2 understands that their clients always have questions to ask. Questions can be easily answered via the FAQ (facts and questions), sending an email or by a phone call. We are happy to answer any questions that are related to pregnancy and exercise.

Fit For 2 keeps a profile of each client which includes a comprehensive summary of their current pregnancy and previous pregnancies and complications. This profile is carried out through to the post birth period as well. Clients are welcomed to stay with Fit For 2 as long as they like.
