Are you looking to get your body back post birth?
Come and join our combined pregnancy/postbirth classes after your 6 week check and stay as long as you like. Rehabilitate your Pelvic Floor and Strengthen your Abdominal Muscles safely. If you have any incontinence or abdominal separation >3 fingers I recommend starting in the combined pregnancy/postnatal classes. Otherwise you can commence in the Mums and Bubs program if you have no complications post birth. Enquire with me if unsure.

All classes focus on Safe Resistance Training, Balance and Pilates exercises focusing on core activation (pelvic floor and TA) to minimise complications during pregnancy and create an enhanced labour and birth and recovery period with a safe return to exercise program post baby.

POSTNATAL CLASSES – Are available at all of the pregnancy classes after your 6 week check if you need to rehabilitate slowly post birth especially if you have any incontinence or abdominal separation.
Or you can attend our specific Mums and Bubs classes.

Fit For 2 classes at all venues are booked on a regular weekly basis to ensure that you are gaining the additional benefits for your pregnancy, labour and birth preparation and recovery period. We highly recommend you attend 2 classes a week if possible to gain the additional benefits for your pregnancy.
Postnatal/Pregnancy classes are booked on a regular basis. We highly recommend you attend weekly to gain results post pregnancy. In these classes we focus on pelvic floor and abdominal separation rehabilitation.
If you have any pelvic floor or abdominal separation issues post pregnancy, you will require a clearance letter from a physio to attend the Reshape classes with any restrictions.
Please note there is a 24hr cancellation fee for pregnancy classes and 4hrs for Postnatal classes. If you need to cancel but can make another class in that week if the classes are not full, we are happy for you to transfer the cost to another day.
Fit For 2 understands that at times circumstances arise when you are pregnant or have a little one.
You can pay for your sessions at each class or in advance in 10 week packs (either by cash or bank transfer). When you sign up to Fit For 2 you will be booked into the pregnancy program until you deliver. You can cancel your program at anytime if circumstances arise.

Classes must be cancelled at least 24hrs prior to avoid a cancellation fee for all classes (pregnancy) and 4hrs for mums and bubs. If inadequate notice is given than cancellation charges occur. All missed classes can be made up at a make up class so fees don’t go unused.

Fit For 2 understands that their clients always have questions to ask. Questions can be easily answered via the FAQ (facts and questions), sending an email or by a phone call. We are happy to answer any questions that are related to pregnancy and exercise.
Fit For 2 keeps a profile of each client which includes a comprehensive summary of their current pregnancy and previous pregnancies and complications. This profile is carried out through to the postnatal period as well. Clients are welcomed to stay with Fit For 2 as long as they like.
